My Renter Checker was born from the experiences of two Airbnb hosts who wanted to give landlords, property managers, and fellow hosts the tools to safeguard their properties. We noticed that many Short-Term Rental platforms tend to lean towards renters, and while most are great, a few can disrupt our businesses. My Renter Checker seeks to address this by providing property owners and managers with a tool to create a fair and respectful rental community, ensuring everyone’s assets are protected.
